Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

DISA’s Shop is manned by volunteers and whilst we endeavour to process orders in a timely fashion please allow 3-4 business days for processing of your order.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).


Dachshund IVDD Support Australia Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand.  If you live outside Australia or New Zealand please contact us as we may be able to assist.


Return & Refund Policy


Please choose carefully.  We do not give refunds or offer exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Please measure your dog carefully as we will only accept exchanges if the packaging has not been broken or the product not worn.


Some products sold on Dachshund IVDD Support Australia Inc. Shop  are handcrafted.  Each piece is made with care and attention to detail and every endeavour is made to provide you a piece of quality bespoke craft.  Please note: due to the handmade nature of products sold on our shop, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.


Dachshund IVDD Support Australia Inc. wants you to love your purchase so should a product be found to be faulty please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

Please email us asap with a description of the fault and include a photo if possible. One of our Volunteers will contact you direct to resolve the issue. 


For exchanges email Email Shop with your invoice number and details of exchange.

Shipping & difference in product price is due and payable prior to exchanged item being shipped . DISA will issue an Invoice for payment which is due and payable prior to exchanges being shipped.

Exchanges will not be despatched until returned item is received.

Ship returned items to and ensure item is registered is over the value of $50.  We cannot account responsibly for returned items that go missing in post.
