Organiser
The raffle is organised by Dachshund IVDD Support Australia (DISA), a non-profit organisation dedicated to raising awareness and providing support to dachshund owners affected by IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease).
Eligibility
The raffle is open to residents of Australia only.
Entry Period
The raffle entry period will open at 9 am on Sunday, 15th September 2024, and close at 8 pm on Saturday, 7th December 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
How to Enter
Entries can be made by purchasing raffle tickets via DISA’s shop https://ivdd.org.au/product/raffle/ or in-person at events (if available).
Ticket Prices:
1 ticket: $5
3 tickets: $10
7 tickets: $20
20 tickets: $50
There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can purchase.
Ticket/s numbers will be emailed to entrants once an order has been placed via the DISA Shop. If tickets are purchased directly at events via a raffle book, tickets will be handed directly to the entrant upon purchase.
Prizes
Four prize packs — 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place — as detailed on the Annual DISA Raffle Prize List.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
Draw Date
The raffle will be drawn on Sunday, 8th December 2024, at DISA Head Office.
The winning tickets will be selected randomly.
Winners will be notified by phone, email, and social media within two days after the draw date.
Claiming Prizes
Winners must claim their prize within two days of notification.
If a winner fails to claim their prize within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
Prizes will be delivered or shipped to winners at no extra cost within Australia.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the raffle, including the use of their name and image in marketing materials and social media posts.
Limitation of Liability
DISA accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete, nor for any failure of equipment, systems, or networks used to facilitate entry into the raffle.
Cancellation or Modification
DISA reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
Privacy
Personal information collected for the purposes of the raffle will be used in accordance with DISA’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to administer the raffle or where consent has been provided.
Disputes
In the event of any dispute regarding the raffle, DISA’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
